If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

To make a return, email gemsforagemjewelry@yahoo.com for a Return Authorization #. Please make sure to include the reason for your return. Returns that did not receive an RA # may not be accepted and will in that case be returned to sender. 

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. It is also recommend that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well a tracking number for your package. 

Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records as well as our company flyer for future purchases. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.

Please note All SALE, Personalized Orders and Custom Pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund.

GemsforaGem.com reserves the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

SHIPPING PROCESS

Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS
Once the order is in possession of the mailing carrier (USPS), Gems for a Gem Jewelry Design Company cannot provide estimated delivery date information for your package.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification for:
Your package’s tracking number
Your package is out for delivery
Your package has arrived.
If you haven't received a shipping notification for your order after 6 days  (of your order being placed), or if you have any other question related to your order please contact us at via email  at gemsforagemjewelry@yahoooo.com.

PACKAGES STOLEN, DAMAGE OR LOST

We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately Gems for a Gem Jewelry Design Company cannot be held responsible.
Please ensure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages. If the package is return to the sender (our office) due to an error in the shipping address enter by the customer, the customer should be responsible to pay the shipping again.
If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that the customer provided at checkout,Gems for a Gem Jewelry Design Company is not responsible if the package gets lost or stolen after delivery (delivery details can be verify with the order’s tracking number).
If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case the customer should reach out to USPS or UPS directly.

ITEM SHOWING DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOT THERE?: 
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.  Don't worry though, our carriers might of scanned your package a bit too early.  We do everything we can to make sure you get your orders as fast as possible.  Our shipments do not require a signature upon delivery.  Due to carrier delays connected to high package volume and Covid-19, you may experience some delays or delivery restrictions in certain locations.
Please contact your local carrier USPS or UPS office and give them your tracking info. They will be able to further assist you as additional shipping info is out of our control.
